Coastal Gold is an independent, boutique travel advisory service for the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We curate accommodation options, prepare shortlists and personalised quotes, and connect you directly with accommodation providers. We are not a licensed travel agent (we do not hold an ATAA licence or any other travel industry licence), and we are not an agent, reseller, or partner of any accommodation provider, hotel, resort, or attraction referenced on this website. When you book, you book directly with the provider, and the contract is between you and that provider.

2. Informational Content

The content on this website — accommodation descriptions, pricing "from" figures, area guides, dining recommendations, and experiences — is provided for general information only. It is intended to help you plan your stay, and does not constitute professional travel, legal, or financial advice. While we work hard to keep information accurate and current, accommodation prices, availability, policies, opening hours, and conditions change frequently. Always confirm details directly with the relevant provider before booking, and do not rely on anything on this site as a guarantee of availability or price.

3. Bookings and Quotes

  • Shortlists and quotes we provide are based on information available to us at the time and are subject to change without notice, including price changes, cancellation policy changes, and full occupancy.
  • Quotes are estimates and are not an offer to sell. A booking is only confirmed when the accommodation provider accepts your request and you have agreed to that provider's own terms and conditions.
  • We do not take payment for accommodation on your behalf, and we are not a party to the contract between you and the provider. Any refund, cancellation, or change is handled directly by the provider under its own policy.
  • We will do our best to relay information accurately, but we are not responsible for errors or omissions made by providers, or for any change made by a provider after a booking is confirmed.

To the extent permitted by law, Coastal Gold provides this website "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is error-free, that bookings will be available, or that it will be uninterrupted.
