Your Trip, Planned End-to-End

The whole trip, planned, booked and looked after

Sixty kilometres of beach, a rainforest hinterland most first-timers never reach, and a calendar of experiences that sell out weeks ahead. "I'll figure it out" works for a long weekend in a small town. On this coast it ends in missed bookings, the wrong beach on a busy day, and a day in the hills that never happens. This page is what we do instead: your trip, planned end-to-end, by one person who knows it.

How It Works

Four Steps, One Person

Four steps, in this order, handled by one person. There's no handover between a "booking team" and a "planning team" โ€” the person who takes your brief is the same one who holds your day plan and answers when you call on day four. That's the whole point, and it's what makes the rest of it work.

01

Tell Us the Brief

Thirty minutes, by call, email or form โ€” whichever suits. Who's coming, when, for how long, what matters (beachfront, quiet cove, kids, a big birthday) and the honest budget. We ask the questions a search bar can't: where you're staying, how you're getting around, which days are flexible. If your dates won't fit the trip you've described, we say so before we start, not after.

02

We Design the Plan

A day-by-day plan built around where you're staying, not the other way round. Each day has a shape โ€” a morning, an afternoon, an evening โ€” with slack built in on purpose, because a plan timed to the minute breaks at the first rain. You can read it off a phone on a beach arvo and still know what's next, and we'll adjust it mid-trip when the weather or the swell does. Our itinerary pages show what a finished plan looks like before you ask for one.

03

We Book What Sells Out

The part "I'll figure it out" trips don't survive. The morning slot at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, the table at a restaurant that doesn't take walk-ins, the whale-watch seats in season, the transfer from the airport โ€” the good things here go weeks in advance, months in peak. We book them before you land, hold the confirmations, and keep a file so there's no "which booking was it" moment. If one's gone, you get the best alternative, not the next available one.

04

We Look After You While You're Here

You're not handed a brochure when you arrive. You've got a real desk and a real person โ€” the same one who planned it โ€” and the line is answered by someone who knows the coast, not an app. When the day plan shifts, the restaurant's closed for a private event, or the swell changes and the beach day needs to move, you call and it gets fixed, usually the same afternoon. It's the part people say actually mattered on the last night.

What You Get

Item by Item, Not "We Can Help With Everything"

Here's what's in the plan, in the order it gets done, and what each one actually is. No "we can assist with" โ€” each of these is a deliverable you can point at, and the last one is the one people thank us for.

Step One ยท Stays

Stay Matching & Booking

Not a search dump. We match you to the right area first โ€” quiet Tallebudgera if that's the trip, walkable Burleigh Heads if it's food and art, Currumbin if the kids are the point โ€” then to the right building in that area at your tier. We book it, handle the confirmation, and we know the property: the parking, the pool, which check-ins go slow in peak. If the shortlist doesn't fit, we tell you which of the three it comes closest to, rather than pretending. Browse the stays we work with →

Step Two ยท The Plan

Day-by-Day Plan With Slack

One day per page, in the order you'll live it, with slack built in on purpose: the 6am beach before the sand fills, the mid-afternoon break before the heat does its work, a buffer hour that turns a wet Saturday from a lost day into a rearranged one. We won't sell you a plan timed to the minute โ€” it breaks โ€” but we will sell you one that knows which beach to be on and which hour, and why. See example itineraries →

Step Three ยท The Bookings

The Bookings That Sell Out

The table at the restaurant that doesn't take walk-ins, the morning slot at the wildlife sanctuary, the SkyPoint lookouts for the big night (77th floor, 230m, open until 9pm), the whale-watch seats in season, the transfers from OOL or BNE. These are the things that sell out weeks ahead, and the ones "I'll figure it out" trips lose. We book ahead, hold the confirmation, and if one's gone we offer the best alternative โ€” and tell you why we picked it. What's on this month →

Step Four ยท Movement

Getting Around, Decided Before You Land

The whole picture of how you'll move, sorted before the flight: the transfer from OOL (25 minutes to Surfers) or BNE, the rental car if the trip needs the hills, the rideshare plan for the days it doesn't, the parking at your end. We tell you where the G:Link bus gets you and where it doesn't, which beaches fill by afternoon and which stay quiet, and what the drive is like in school-holiday traffic โ€” before you're stuck deciding it with bags in the airport. How to move around, in detail →

Step Five ยท While You're Here

On-Trip Support: A Real Person

A real person who knows the coast, on the phone, for the whole stay. When the day plan shifts, a table's booked out for a private event, or the swell has changed and the beach day needs to move, you call and it gets fixed the same afternoon. It's not a chatbot or an app queue โ€” it's the planner who built your trip, with the local numbers to hand. This is the one people thank us for on the last night.

Who It's For

Four Shapes of Trip, Honestly

We take on trips in four shapes, and we're honest about which one yours is. If yours isn't one of these, we'll say so and point you at the right person โ€” that's the no-nonsense part of what we do.

First Time on the Coast

First-Time Visitors

The 60km problem is real, and it's why "just show up" trips end up on the wrong beach. We know what we send first-timers to: where to start, what to skip (the main beach at midday in January is not it), and what to book before you land. One call replaces the weeks of forum reading, and the plan you get is the plan we'd build for our own family's first time here. Start with the practical guide →

Three Generations, One Trip

Multi-Generation Trips

Grandparents, parents, kids โ€” and the teenager who wants nothing to do with any of it. We plan around the fact that one trip is actually three: a morning at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary that works for every age, a quiet Tallebudgera afternoon that gives the parents a break, a Movie World day the kids don't mind doing twice. The logistics of moving three groups โ€” transfer timing, shared dinners that work for everyone โ€” is where these trips are won or lost, and it's the part we plan hardest.

Honeymoons ยท Big Birthdays ยท Anniversaries

Luxury & Special Occasions

The tier where the bookings matter most and sell out first. The table that doesn't take walk-ins, the cove that's quiet most days but not yours, the boat that takes just the two of you. We plan these early โ€” weeks, sometimes months โ€” because the good things at this tier go, and we'll tell you exactly how early "early" is for your dates. If the budget is open, this is the trip we'd build, and you'll know the cost of every element before you commit to anything.

Three Days ยท No Plan

The "We Have 3 Days and No Idea" Crowd

The brief we get most, and the one the coast punishes hardest. Three days isn't a long weekend, and a random approach burns it. We compress the coast into a shape that doesn't feel like three days: one base, one hinterland day (Springbrook in the morning, the lookouts while the light's good), one proper beach day, and the Kirra Point sunset on the last night. If your dates are fixed and your plan isn't, this is the fastest way to make them work โ€” and the plan's done before you land. Not sure which shape you're in? Take the quiz →

Pricing

What It Costs, Honestly

Three ways to use what we know, each honest about what it costs. There's no flat number for full-service, and here's why: the price depends on the plan's length, what we're booking, how many people, and how early the bookings need to move. What we do instead is quote before you commit to anything โ€” and the quote is the price.

Free ยท No Strings

Self-Plan

Everything we know is free to use: the area guides, the seasonal calendar, the budget breakdowns, the practical side. Build your trip from those, and if you get stuck, ask โ€” the quiz will place you, and we'll answer the questions a search bar can't. No card required, nothing gated, no follow-up "would you like to hear about a discount?" Just the knowledge, free.

Complimentary With a Booked Stay

Concierge

Book your stay through us and the planning comes with it: the day-by-day plan, the sell-out bookings, the getting-around decisions, the on-trip support. It's included with the stay โ€” not a line item, not an upsell โ€” because a trip without a plan is half a trip, and we'd rather hand you both. This is the tier most of our guests use, and the one we'd suggest starting from. Find your stay →

Groups ยท Occasions ยท Quoted

Full-Service

For the trips where the scope is the point: multi-generation groups, honeymoons, big birthdays, the "handle everything" brief. We quote before you commit โ€” plan length, what we're booking, how many people, how early the bookings need to move โ€” and the quote is the price. There's no flat number on this page, deliberately: a five-day couple's honeymoon and a three-generation, twelve-person group aren't the same job, and a flat fee would be a guess at what yours costs.

One honest note across all three tiers: the saving is in the timing, not in us. Autumn dates at mid-tier cost less than peak-summer dorms, and the bookings that sell out weeks ahead cost the same whether we book them or you turn up and find them gone. We're not selling discounts; we're selling the plan, the bookings, and the person on the phone. See what a trip costs per tier →

Why Book With Us

Why Hand the Trip to Us Instead of Building It Yourself

Six reasons, none of them "our service is great". These are the practical ones โ€” the ones that change what happens when something goes sideways, and on a coast this size, something always does.

01

No Obligation โ€” the Plan Is Yours

Build the plan with us and use it without booking through us. The day-by-day, the stay shortlist, the list of sell-out bookings โ€” they're yours to build from, and we don't attach strings to any of them. If you'd rather book your stay direct, do it; the plan still works. That's the no-nonsense part, and it's why the advice is honest.

02

No Hidden Fees

The quote is the price. Your stay is at the rate shown, the plan is included with the stay or quoted separately, and if something isn't included we say so up front, not on the invoice. No "service fee" line that appears at checkout, no surprises at the final confirmation. If a price moves, you'll hear why from us before it does.

03

Local Opinion, Not a Search Engine

We don't aggregate 4,000 listings and call it research. We tell you where we send our own guests: which beach to be on and which hour, which restaurant's worth the queue and which isn't, which of the "must-dos" actually earns it. The plan is built on opinions, and the opinions are the kind that are wrong in a useful way โ€” specific, dated, and based on having been there last month.

04

One Person, End to End

The person who takes your brief is the same one who holds your day plan, books the sell-outs and answers on day four. There's no handover between a booking desk and a planning desk, no repeat of your trip to a new name on the phone. One name on every confirmation, one number that knows your trip โ€” which is also the reason "no hidden fees" holds up.

05

You Keep the Plan Whether You Proceed or Not

Decide to go direct after we've built the plan? It's yours. The day-by-day, the shortlist, the booking list โ€” we don't hold any of it back, and we don't charge for the work already done. That's not how this industry usually works, and it's why the plan you get is the one you'd build yourself: we have nothing to gain from keeping it from you.

06

A Real Desk to Call When You're Here

On the last day, when the swell has changed and the beach plan has shifted, when the table is closed for a private event, when the 1am return needs a car โ€” you call a desk, and a person answers. Not an app, not an out-of-hours line, not a chatbot queue. The planner who built your trip, who knows the coast, with the local numbers to hand โ€” for the whole stay.

Ready When You Are

Tell Us the Trip

Dates, people, what matters, and the honest budget โ€” that's all we need to start. You'll get back a shape of the trip and the bookings that need to move early, before you've committed to anything. If you'd rather browse first, find your stay is where to begin.

Tell Us the Trip Browse Stays First

Or call us on (07) 5550 1234 โ€” we answer. And if you'd start with the plan rather than the stay, take the area quiz first โ€” it's three minutes, and it changes what we suggest.
